**A Fedex extended area surcharge of $20 may apply for delivery addresses outside the normal service area all orders subject to the UPS extended area surcharge will be held for customer approval and your credit card will not be charged until explicit approval is given.
- additional fees apply for larger sizes (13+) or shoes with special or oversized packaging
- delivery times do not include saturdays, sundays, and public holidays and are subject to payment verification
- orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification will be delayed
- a tracking number will be provided via email for every order upon shipment
- shipments go out monday through friday, not including public holidays
- for international orders, the customer is responsible for any and all duties or customs incurred
- all orders are insured for the full purchase amount
- a direct signature will be required for delivery
- in the case of returned shipments, the customer is responsible for any and all additional shipping fees incurred
- all orders are shipped double boxed to protect both the shoes and the shoeboxes
- we only ship to credit card billing addresses
- Orders may take 7-14 business days to arrive
